Marick's Charity Golf Day
It started out as a dull, dreary morning in Manchester... until 32 gentlemen turned-up at Castle Hawk Golf club in Rochdale dressed in school uniform!
And no, they hadn’t come for a lesson but to show their support for the charity, Families of Autistic Children Together (FACT).

The day was filled with fun and frolics, along with a few holes of golf. Of course, the 19th hole was the most popular and it’s here where the serious money was to be raised.
A lively auction enthralled the bidders with items from football shirts to a four-ball golf weekend being sold.
It certainly was a worthwhile day with a total of £500 being raised.
FACT is a charity run by families and friends of autistic children and relies on public support and donations to help people with autism and improve the world they live in, allowing the children to reach their true potential.
