Launch of Entrepreneurial Services

Marick was retained to develop the internal communications approach to launch the new strategy for the Entrepreneurial Services business of Grant Thornton. 

Working in partnership with our client we used the National Partners Conference as the launch pad for the new ‘Category of One’ strategy and a communications cascade led by the Partners, immediately following the event, to ensure that significant levels of engagement on the new strategy were achieved. 

We prepared a communications pack and video podcast from the Managing Partner to ensure consistency of message.
