Nuclear World Class Skills Conference
Marick provided a full turnkey event management and production service for the first ever nuclear skills conference to address the growing skill gap in the nuclear sector.
The delivery of this event required a meticulous project management approach and because of the incredibly short timescales we worked seamlessly with our client the National Skills Academy for Nuclear and participated in the cross industry project team.
In just ten weeks we:
- Developed a brand for the event, designed and printed conference marketing materials
- Developed and implemented a sales and marketing plan
- Developed a dedicated web site for registration which also enabled on-line payments
- Secured sponsors and exhibitors for the event
On site at the event we….
- Managed all delegate management on site including a fully staffed enquiries desk, badging and delegate packs for 250 people
- Managed the exhibition space supporting each exhibitor with their requirements for furniture, space and AV equipment
- Provided a stage set and AV for a main conference area and 3 breakout rooms including two rooms with interactive keypad technology
- Filmed the conference and produced a highlights edit which was played back at the dinner that very evening
